We offer 3, 6 and 9-month packages to provide advice & coaching to implement your inclusion plan

Option 1:

One hour weekly 1:1 accountability meeting to review action plan and progress

Option 2:

Facilitated biweekly meeting with implementation committee to review action plan and progress.

Option 3:

2 days a week, full-time hands-on implementation. We deep-dive with you to project manage, solve implementation challenges, and make on-the-spot adjustments.
