Seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our energetic team. The individual in this role would provide appropriate product and service solutions for our customers and nurture them through our pipeline from lead to close. The individual will also maintain and deepen the existing client base. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, acquisition, and company profitability. This role is fully remote with some travel to client sites.

The role shall include but is not limited to:

  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Building a sales pipeline and developing partnerships and strategic accounts

  • Following up on existing opportunities and leads

  • Soliciting new sales of products and services

  • Managing existing partnerships to expand products and services
  • Attending networking events, conferences, webinars and other events with the intentions of developing new leads
  • Schedule sales appointments and activities
  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers
  • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer relationships and expand the lifetime value of the customer
  • Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Work with the team to manage the ongoing client projects from a client relationship perspective

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Passion or strong interest in DEI work
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
  • Ability to close
  • Some experience in relationship management and/or consultative sales
  • Proven track record in the sales environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations
  • Expert in time management and personal organization
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices
