Seeking a highly engaging warm and experienced facilitator to work with a variety of clients on diversity and inclusion training. You are someone who is passionate about training and helping clients learn and grow. You are capable of developing new material and helping to foster growth in our group of facilitators. You have trained for a minimum of 7 years. You are organized and excel at communication. You are excited about where training and learning are going and are ready to experiment with the latest technologies. You love working in a start-up flexible environment where you can work autonomously and excel at creating new programs.
The role requires training both virtually and in person, with national clients. 30 – 40 hours per week. Proficiency in MS Office required. Bilingual is a plus. Training is approximately 60-70% of time with remainder of time in content development and other training related aspects as required. Please provide a video sample of training if available.
