Program Coordinator

Seeking a highly engaging program coordinator who loves details and the opportunity to take initiative for a fast-growing start-up. You are someone who excels at organizations, trying out new technologies to organize work, has a can-do/pitch in attitude and loves working in a fast-paced environment. You are responsive, can communicate professionally and are very detail oriented.

The role includes working with clients to gather information, coordinating program delivery across our clients and facilitators, organizing meetings and the online facilitation tool Zoom, and billing of clients. You would work across the organization with internal staff such as managing partners, salespeople and trainers/consultants on program work as well as clients. This is a widely varied job enabling you to use and develop skills such as managing programs, making processes more efficient, writing marketing language, research for sales and new thinking, coordinating across multiple clients, and joining an incredibly nimble and fun team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Operational / Administrative Tasks
  • Event Management such as timing, location, supply requirements, communicating with client and facilitators about details
  • Client Meeting Scheduling
  • Contract Creation
  • Client administrative tasks such as invoicing and expense management
  • CRM Management tagging etc., including webinar campaign contact management
  • Excel, PDF and PowerPoint experience preferred or willingness to learn
