Sabrina Smith, Facilitator

Sabrina Smith is the Founder & CEO of Progeny1, a Leadership Development, Training, and Coaching company. She brings over 23 years of leadership, training, and facilitation experience into learning environments. She has the real-world knowledge, skills, and aptitude to evaluate the needs of her teams and help them grow through focused leadership interventions. Her experiences and her education in organizational leadership have helped her develop the next generation of leaders at organizations she has worked for and partnered with. 

As a facilitator and trainer, Sabrina fortified her knowledge of adult learning processes, resulting in improved classroom engagement results. She is a subject matter expert for improving the learner experience, and has delivered learning courses in sales, customer service, coaching, communication, diversity and inclusion, and other critical business skills. Sabrina’s facilitative style is genuine, and she delivers content with passion and conviction. She has also been labeled as “edutaining” (think educational + entertaining), because she believes laughter is good medicine for the soul. She believes in people and feels called to walk alongside others to help them achieve their goals.
