Nadia N. Butt (she/her) is a dynamic facilitator, consultant and coach with 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience. She is passionate about transforming workplace culture and empowering people and teams to achieve success and fulfill their potential. She has been quoted multiple times by national media outlets, including Forbes, and she is a the co-host of Inclusive Collective Podcast.

Over the last four years, Nadia has also consulted with start-up founders to build their diversity & inclusion initiatives. She has consulted and coached leaders in multiple industries and sectors including public education, media, higher education, insurance, pet-care, technology, environment/sustainability, financial services, healthcare, fitness and wellness.

Nadia also spent time as a lead business and learning consultant at Aetna, CVS Health, where she supported an organizational transformation of their business management system that was centered around lean and six sigma methodology and continuous improvement thinking and tools. She was also responsible for embedding diversity & inclusion practices and behaviors into the leadership curriculum. Prior to Aetna, CVS Health, Nadia spent 15 years at Liberty Mutual Insurance, in their global corporate talent, learning and development group. It was there that she focused on lean management system implementation, program managed the accelerated development programs for leaders and organizational effectiveness programs. She coached teams and leaders on topics such as change management, coaching/feedback, unconscious bias, styles & climate assessment results, strategy alignment and problem solving. She partnered with the diversity & inclusion team to create organizational and leadership curriculum that aligned to the mission and values of the organization.

Nadia earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University. Her current doctoral research at the George Washington University, in Washington, D.C, is focused on belonging and identity in the workplace, particularly the lived experiences of American-Muslims employees. She is certified in diversity and inclusion, change management, DiSC assessments, and has a lean green belt.

Nadia serves on the diversity & inclusion task force at The George Washington University. She is also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
