Nadia Butt, Senior Facilitator and Consultant
Dr. Nadia Butt is a seasoned workplace culture strategist, consultant, and coach with over 20 years of experience in corporate environments, including roles at Liberty Mutual, Aetna, and CVS Health. She is the founder and principal consultant of Naz Consulting, LLC, where she partners with organizations to drive inclusive leadership, organizational effectiveness, Lean process improvement, and transformational change.
Nadia supports clients across a wide range of industries including technology, nonprofit, philanthropy, media, construction, and financial services. Her work is grounded in aligning organizational systems with values-driven, inclusive practices that lead to sustainable impact.
She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Human & Organizational Learning from The George Washington University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University. Nadia is certified in Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Integrated Talent Management, People Analytics for HR (PAHR), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Diversity & Inclusion, and Dialogue Across Differences.
Outside of work, Nadia enjoys traveling, hiking, practicing yoga, and co-hosting the Inclusive Collective podcast, a platform exploring identity, workplace culture, and inclusive leadership. Her insights have been featured in Forbes, and she is the co-author of a chapter in a book that bridges data-driven organizational practices with equity-centered leadership.
