How to be a Male Ally: Including Men in the Gender Equality and Inclusivity Conversation

Men are often left out of the conversation about gender equity in the workplace. But the reality is, when companies prioritize gender equity, it influences both men and women. To truly achieve inclusive organizations, men need to learn about the structural biases and unconscious biases that hold women back. Through this interactive workshop, men will learn why gender equality is important and what they can do to help. On completion of the program, men will have a better understanding of how everyone benefits from working together as an inclusive team.
