Women dislike tooting the horn about their talents and accomplishments. For many, it doesn’t feel like a very ladylike thing to do. However, to be promoted and retained, employees need to be able to communicate their value to an organization. Through this interactive workshop, participants will uncover and overcome their resistance to self promotion. Emphasis will be put on the skills needed to increase visibility, network, and build meaningful relationships to accelerate your career. On completion of the program, women will have the ability to manage their own careers and signal their value to employers.
