LaVada English, Senior Consultant

LaVada is a Diversity Equity and Inclusion and Organization Development Strategist with excellent results in linking talent management to strategic business objectives.  She holds experience in leadership positions and as an independent consultant working within several industries, including private global fortune 100’s, higher education, government, entertainment and cosmetics. She has made a lasting impact within such organizations as Johnson & Johnson, CIGNA, Pepperdine University and The County of Santa Barbara. 

 Her extensive background in building talent management and organizational development strategies bring an ideal mix of expertise to her consulting. Her key competencies and skills include diversity, equity and inclusion, executive and team coaching, strategic talent management/ succession planning, change management, leadership education, strategic planning, program development and mediation.

 LaVada is distinguished in her ability to assist individuals and teams in achieving insights that result in advancing their capabilities. Her distinctive expertise is coaching teams and leaders through DEI challenges, cultural changes and organizational changes, such as promotions, expanded scope of responsibility and growth.   

LaVada earned her BA in Communications at Arcadia University. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, AZ.
